This was a exercise in locating the center of mass. It was drawn using 4 lofts, 2 fillet's and 2 dome features. There are 21 sketches and 18 planes used to create the model. I have 3D printed many of them, they all balance very well at the bent beak.
Small skinning knife made of stainless steel, brass and pieces of cherry wood. All parts have been epoxy laminated. Final handle and brass inserts shaped by hand sanding. Stainless blade machined on a Bridgeport milling machine by myself.
